I have been making these hammers and others for 20 years now.
Available in different weights . This one is approximately 3.25 lbs.,which I find the most versatile size.
2” faces . One Crowned the other flat.
Made of C1045 and fully heat treated for a long life
Fitted to an American made hickery handle.
Unlike machine made heads this one has a hour glass shaped eye that helps the head stays tight even in dry climates.
A hard working tool and future heirloom.
