The quality of Chris's pans are exceptional. They are better then I expected and the first time using them I just added a little grape-seed oil and a little butter and fried an egg and no sticking whatsoever. Chris does a great job seasoning then pans before shipping. Capt. Dennis

Love everything about this pan: LIGHT WEIGHT (easy for woman to handle), NON-Stick! And the best part is, Chris made the HANDLE FIT for me!!! And the HANDLE DOES NOT GET HOT—Amazing!!
