I was so excited to write this review because this pan has become my new favorite. I've used it every day since I received it. It's beautiful. Pictures don't quite capture the balance and wonderful craftsmanship. It's hefty but still easy to maneuver. When it's hot with a bit of oil, it's like cooking on an ice skating rink, it's so nonstick. I can't recommend this shop enough. I will be purchasing again, without a doubt. Thank you for making such high quality products.

The quality of Chris's pans are exceptional. They are better then I expected and the first time using them I just added a little grape-seed oil and a little butter and fried an egg and no sticking whatsoever. Chris does a great job seasoning then pans before shipping. Capt. Dennis
